Better Photo Makes Better Product!
1. Make sure your photo has good lighting – enough to see the details of your furry friend’s face, but not so much that their face is too bright to see.

2. A head - on shot is preferred – Make sure that you get the full face in the photo, including both ears. Nothing obstructing the view of the face (ex: pillow, tree branch, grass, etc)

3. Avoid blurry photos – the higher the clarity of the photo, the better. Remember that the photo will be shrunk down, so some subtle features may not be seen as clearly in the final product.

3. Notice: Due to the ceramic firing process, 100% color consistency between the original photo and final product cannot be guaranteed.

1. Most of our handcrafted custom pet ceramic mugs require 4 weeks (20 business days) for production. This timeline accounts for the intricate process of slip casting, hand throwing, trimming, drying, hand-sculpting pet motifs, glazing, and 1300°C high-temperature firing, which ensures each mug is a durable, one-of-a-kind keepsake.

2.For international orders, it could take up to 2 weeks for delivery depending on the destination.

3. Please Note: Holiday delivery timelines are subject to fluctuation due to increased order volume and the custom nature of our products. Watch for updates on seasonal turnaround times, and we recommend placing orders at least 6 weeks in advance (4 weeks production + 2 weeks shipping) to avoid delays.

Unfortunately, due to the limitations of ceramic craftsmanship, we can not provide design previews, revisions, or remakesfor custom pet mugs.

We happily fulfill international orders! Our production time will be the same and shipping costs vary depending on where the order is going. Depending on your home country a customs tax may be applied in addition to your shipping cost.

If you are receiving a refund through any major credit card, the refund processing time is 1-2 business days. If you are receiving a refund through PayPal, the refund processing time is 7-10 business days. Don’t worry, we don’t think you’ll need to receive a refund, unless you accidentally add too many petmugs out of excitement.
